All your data is stored in a secure area and is also protected from unauthorized access on our site. Health data collected by Meliva Digital Practice is stored exclusively on servers in the EU.

The video connection in the video consultation takes place directly between doctors and patients (so-called peer-to-peer connection). It is also encrypted end-to-end. This means that consultations cannot be intercepted or recorded by us or third parties.

You can find all further information on our privacy policy here.

All prescriptions are issued at the discretion of the attending physician. You are not entitled to receive the medication you have requested as part of your medical treatment via the Meliva Digital Practice.

Preliminary findings generally make the work of the treating doctors easier. It is therefore always important to upload preliminary findings in the course of the consultation. This is especially necessary for all medications that affect the psyche. These include antidepressants and psychotropic drugs such as neuroleptics, anticonvulsants, anxiolytics, sedatives, psychostimulants, etc. It is still at the doctor’s discretion whether the medication can be prescribed or not.

– As a rule, our doctors at the Meliva Digital Practice do not prescribe medications such as anaesthetics, sleeping pills and sedatives, strong painkillers, performance-enhancing medications, medications that are subject to close medical or laboratory control due to their side effects or that can also be misused. To prescribe such medication, we ask for clarification through a medical examination on site.

– Our doctors do not issue certificates that are intended to justify an additional need for restricted medication for medical reasons.

– It is also currently not possible to prescribe prescriptions to be prepared by hand in the pharmacy.
