Note: All consultations in our Meliva Digital Practice are conducted by our physicians according to generally recognized medical and professional standards. Telemedicine can only be used for cases in which an in-person examination is not required. If your symptoms require additional diagnostics (such as a physical examination including palpation or auscultation) or the use of medical devices (such as ultrasound), patients should visit a practice in person.

The initial consultation in the Meliva Digital Practice is covered by your statutory health insurance.
Additional services are self-paid:

How do I schedule an appointment?
No appointment needed! In the Meliva App, select “Prevention & Genetics” and complete the questionnaire. Based on your responses, our physicians will contact you as soon as possible.
