The practice is equipped with a 3-Tesla MRI, which delivers particularly high-resolution images and makes even the smallest changes in tissue visible. This allows diseases of the joints, spine, organs, or in the neurological field to be detected early and assessed precisely. In addition, a modern computed tomography (CT) scanner is used, which generates detailed cross-sectional images of the body with low-radiation technology—ideal for the diagnosis of bones, vessels, internal organs, or for tumor and accident assessment.
Furthermore, a fully digital X-ray system is available, which provides fast and reliable results with minimal radiation exposure. This allows bones, joints, the chest, or lungs to be examined efficiently.
As part of the Meliva MVZ Westpfalz, Radiology Pfaff works closely with the other specialist departments in the medical center—especially with ENT and Orthopedics Kaiserslautern, which are located on the same floor.
